We are committed to delivering compassionate care and support to individuals, and families in need. Job Description : We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating referrals, cultivating relationships, and converting leads into clients within the home care industry.

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a referral network, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities : Generate leads and referrals through targeted marketing efforts, networking events, and outreach activities.

Create and promote positive brand recognition within the market. Consistently build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including discharge planners, hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, senior living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to nurture leads and convert them into clients. Track and report various KPIs, such as conversion rates and revenue targets, to management.

Recognize and pursue all revenue-generating avenues. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Track and analyze marketing and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Consistently meet or exceed established revenue targets and other KPIs / OKRs.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and community events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of success in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with potential clients and referral sources.

Ethical persuasion. Experience in the home care or healthcare industry preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Superb organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effortless ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (AxisCare is a huge plus.) Pleasant demeanor leading with compassion and empathy always.

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Benefits : Base salary plus commission or straight compensation structure.
