Data Management
DESCRIPTION : Duties : Lead discussions with business stakeholders regarding their reporting needs. Summarize requirements, develop and write user stories that align to the product features.
Review completed work to ensure all requirements were met. Identify all process impacts to ensure all documentation is updated and provide training to report users if necessary.
Develop reports and data analysis utilizing latest BI tools. Identify data patterns and determine correlations. Clearly communicate project updates, outstanding roadblocks and accomplishments to senior stakeholders.
Understand interdependencies of various systems and application stacks. Develop and maintain all required user documentation and How-to guides in Confluence.
Reinforce structured agile best practices including : backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand ups, and sprint retrospective.
QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum education and experience required : Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Management Associate, Marketing Analytics Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Management Associate, Marketing Analytics Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required : Requires experience in the following : SQL; Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS); Tableau or Qlik;
