Requirements Gathering And Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identifies system requirements, documents business needs and determines development impact to current system processing.
Work with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of requirements.
Work with programming resources (in house and third party) to ensure development work is completed to specification.
Quality Assurance
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documents.
- Execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Conduct integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify and document defects, work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for process enhancements and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and drive organizational change.
Documentation And Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
- Generate and distribute reports on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect density, and test execution progress.
- Communicate QA status and findings to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to provide QA insights and recommendations.

What You Need To Be Eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in software quality assurance and business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with test management and performance management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, HP ALM, JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester, CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
Other Competencies / Skills Required
- Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Finance industry experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP Modules Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly document processes and administration activities for team use.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal office and warehouse environment. Position may require individual to occasionally work extended hours or weekends as required by responsibilities of position and / or occasionally be on call or available by phone to answer support questions in emergencies.
