The work :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Tester specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Dynamics 365 solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated test scripts, creating comprehensive test plans, integrating tests into CI / CD pipelines, managing defects, and generating test reports. The role also involves collaborating with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand business processes, promote QA best practices, and perform manual testing as needed.

Here's what you need :

• Bachelor’s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent years of relevant experience (5 years)
• 2+ years of experience in test automation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, EasyRepro, RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), or similar
• Experience with scripting languages (C#, JavaScript, PowerShell) for test automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, modules, and business processes
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of  California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is :

$76,100 - $136,700 USD
