Title : CNC Programmer / Operator (1st Shift)
Location : Gilberts, IL 60136
Hire Type : Direct Hire
Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match
Hourly Pay : $30hr - $35hr
Job Duties :
- Program CNC equipment using CAD / CAM software for Mills and Lathes
- Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and machining instructions to ensure precision production.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with Engineers to develop custom solutions and optimize part designs.
- Partner with Quality Inspectors to resolve quality concerns and maintain part accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure top performance.
- Select and install proper tooling based on job requirements.
- Train and mentor new CNC Programmers and Setup Technicians as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
