We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Programmer to join a growing, family-owned automation company specializing in rebuilt and customized packaging and processing equipment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your technical expertise and creativity will directly shape cutting-edge machinery projects.
What You’ll Do
- Program Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs from scratch
- Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution
- Perform field wiring for external components (valves, solenoids, HMIs, servos)
- Make independent technical decisions and lead projects
- Collaborate with electricians, panel builders, mechanics, and painters
- Provide remote programming support with minimal travel (1–2 trips / year)
