Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and programming CNC machines to produce precision components. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in measuring and inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and program CNC lathes and Mills to produce metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select, install, and adjust tooling, cutting speeds, and feed rates to optimize machining processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machining sequences.
- Measure and inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and other machinists to improve processes and resolve machining challenges.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
