Description

We are seeking a meticulous Boat Washer / Detailer to join our team and maintain the pristine appearance of our clients' vessels.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for ensuring each boat shines both inside and out.

Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough cleaning of boat interiors and exteriors, including hulls, decks, cabins, and compartments.
• Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to remove dirt, grime, and salt residue while protecting delicate surfaces.
• Inspect boats for any damages or maintenance issues and report findings to management.
• Polish and wax boat surfaces to restore and maintain their shine and protect against environmental damage.
• Clean and maintain boat accessories such as windows, hatches, and metal fittings.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and other soft surfaces as needed.
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the boat detailing department.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in boat detailing, automotive detailing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in boat detailing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
