The Store Manager leads all aspects of daily operations in a high-service retail environment. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work culture. The ideal candidate combines leadership, customer engagement, and attention to detail with a hands-on approach to daily store activities. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store associates to ensure consistent quality service and team success. Deliver outstanding service, promptly resolve guest inquiries, and foster a friendly and solutions-focused environment. Supervise daily store functions, including cash handling, scheduling, reporting, and compliance with service standards. Achieve sales targets by promoting in-store solutions, retail products, and business services. Track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of materials to meet customer needs. Implement local marketing strategies and participate in community initiatives to increase awareness and customer loyalty. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and safety standards, fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Proven retail or service-based management experience with a focus on leadership and customer service excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both customer interaction and staff development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems. Solid understanding of business operations, sales performance metrics, and financial oversight. Ability to work flexible retail hours that promote work-life balance.
