Our esteemed law firm is in search of an experienced Family Law Attorney with a passion for justice and a heart for families.

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to utilize your legal prowess to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.

You will be tasked with handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and mediation.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of family law.

Responsibilities :

As a Family Law Attorney, you will be expected to :

1. Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.

2. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, preparing and drafting legal documents.

3. Conduct legal research and gather evidence, ensuring that all facts are properly represented to provide the best legal support.

4. Provide legal advice to clients, explaining their rights and options in clear, understandable language.

5. Negotiate settlements in an effort to avoid court proceedings and to minimize the emotional toll on the client.

6. Mediate disputes between parties, working to find amicable solutions that are in the best interest of the client.

7. Develop and implement family law strategies in complex cases, ensuring the best possible outcome for the client.

8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, upholding the ethics and standards of the legal profession.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Family Law Attorney position should possess the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.

4. Extensive knowledge of family law and court procedures.

5. Proven experience in mediation and negotiation, with a strong track record of successful settlements.

6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, understandable manner.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.

8. High level of empathy and understanding, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.

9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

10. Proficient in legal research and writing, with a keen attention to detail.
