We are hiring a Family Law Attorney to join our growing team!
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases.
- Conduct legal research and writing.
- Communicate with clients from the initial consult through conclusion of the client’s matter.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, mediation, hearings, and trials.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records and logs.
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an attorney in family law.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Familiarity with court procedures and rules related to family law cases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
This position requires a candidate who is knowledgeable in family law practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court.
