Administrative Coordinator
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position to work within the division of Child and Adolescent Health. Reporting directly to the Division Administrator and Division Chief of Child and Adolescent Health in the Department of Pediatrics, the Administrative Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations, assist with clinician credentialing and scheduling, and provide general administrative support to faculty and staff.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit monthly division moonlighting payments.
- Procure supplies and materials for the division, including lab-related orders, using a university procurement card.
- Reconcile monthly procurement card expenses.
- Maintain and update the after-hours call schedule for four ACN clinical sites.
- Support faculty with Concur expense submissions and serve as the division's initial reviewer for all Concur transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement to initiate purchase orders and manage invoice processing.
- Maintain credentialing documentation for division physicians, including licensure, DEA, reappointments, and OPPEs.
- Manage credentialing records for external voluntary physicians, including peer reviews and reappointments.
- Track and record physician vacation requests.
- Provide general administrative support, including mail distribution, equipment maintenance, and submitting facilities and IT service requests.
- Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned / requested.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required; plus three years of related experience.Other Requirements :
