Akkodis is seeking an Application Support for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX / Kennesaw, GA(Hybrid) . Responsibilities include monitoring applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance and preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents.

Rate Range : $50 / hour to $55 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Application Support job responsibilities include :

Monitor and support applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.

Provide on-call support and triage production tickets / issues.

Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents to identify and resolve issues.

Collaborate with application teams and other support teams to resolve issues.

Automate daily tasks by writing scripts to streamline BAU activities.

Identify root causes in code and suggest break-fix activities in the code and / or database.

Desired Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application support or a related field.

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Oracle, Splunk, and Unix / Linux.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Pay Details : $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
