A well-established organization in the southern suburbs is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations with a focus on payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE MANAGER ROLE :
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain organized records, files, and reports
Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence
Support leadership with administrative and operational needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER :
3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
Experience with payroll processing preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
