Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales and Marketing Director in a company generating $10M-$50M in revenue and with 50+ employees.Background in technical B2B sales with strong financial acumen.Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team demonstrating measurable revenue growth.Expertise in data-driven decision-making and long-cycle B2B sales.A confident yet humble leadership style, able to motivate teams while achieving results.A collaborative, adaptable spirit, respectful of existing processes while introducing innovative strategies.Travel Percent
