Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team demonstrating measurable revenue growth. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and long-cycle B2B sales. A confident yet humble leadership style, able to motivate teams while achieving results. A collaborative, adaptable spirit, respectful of existing processes while introducing innovative strategies.
