Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements production plans to ensure timely product delivery and minimize downtime. The engineer analyzes manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities, implements TPM / Continuous Improvement and Lean principles to enhance efficiency, and utilizes SAP for production planning and inventory management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are also key responsibilities. Reports to Plant Superintendent or Production Manager and works closely Operations, Production, Logistics, and Lab / Quality Assurance

As Manufacturing Engineer you are responsible for :

• Manufacturing Planning and Control

Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery of products.

Analyze manufacturing and integration processes to identify areas for improvement.

Utilize SAP for production planning, inventory management, cost analysis, and process monitoring.

Quality Assurance

Collaborate with the Lab Manager and Quality Manager to ensure products meet quality standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and operations to achieve manufacturing goals.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
