Summary

We are recruiting an Industrial Engineer II to support operational efficiency and process improvement across our clients data center operations. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and workflows to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manufacturing or logistics and is capable of independently leading mid-sized projects with moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational processes to increase throughput, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for production and logistics-related issues.
• Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Facilities, IT, Logistics, and Operationsto deploy scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Use data analytics tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with new equipment installations, layout planning, and capacity modeling.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
