What It's Like to Be an Executive Administrative Assistant at Clarity HCM As a Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll be the organizational engine that drives our daily operations. Your responsibilities include managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports. You'll take meeting minutes, assist with project management, handle communication flows, and deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our mission. Are You a Good Fit? To succeed in this role, you'll need proficiency in managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and travel, along with strong communication skills for preparing correspondence and reports. You'll handle calls and emails professionally, coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes, and apply project management skills to ensure timely follow-up. Discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to support onboarding / offboarding and liaise with departments / external partners. You'll also manage general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and managing databases.

Skills & Qualifications : We seek candidates with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a high level of adaptability and professionalism.
