Overview

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Linux Administrator with Azure Cloud technologies experience to support day-to-day operations, handle critical incidents, troubleshoot bridge calls, and assist with L2 administration.

Responsibilities

• Work with onsite and offshore teams to manage major incidents, implement changes, and SLA management.
• Participate in Major Incident / Bridge calls during server outages and troubleshoot IaaS and PaaS related issues.
• Support PST hours and work as a team member.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation for support of servers outside of normal business hours.
• Must have work experience in a 24x7 production support environment.

Required Qualifications

Azure Linux operations – VM provisioning, OS / resource upgrades, troubleshooting, and best practice implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
