Event Specialist

About the Opportunity

Northsong is seeking passionate and community-minded volunteers to join our Events, Education & Outreach Committee — the public face of our organization. This group leads efforts to raise awareness, engage the public, and build partnerships that support wildlife rehabilitation and conservation across Northwest Arkansas.

If you enjoy connecting with people, planning events, or sharing stories that make an impact — this is a great way to get involved.

What You’ll Do

As a committee member, you’ll help :

• Plan and host public events such as fundraisers, open houses, and release days
• Design and deliver educational programs for schools and community groups
• Build partnerships with parks, schools, and conservation organizations
• Support social media and storytelling to highlight Northsong’s mission
• Integrate fundraising into events through sponsorships and donations

Who You Are

We’re looking for volunteers who are :

Experience in marketing, education, or nonprofit events is helpful but not required — enthusiasm and initiative are most important!
