JM Family College Internship Program

The JM Family College Internship program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team's success, learn about JM Familys companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events and much more.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time hours for this role.

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience and contributing to various department initiatives. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting functions of the retail and lease servicing and investor reporting systems and their impact on the financial statements and operational reports.
• Generally accepted accounting knowledge.
• Support accounting staff in all daily and monthly activities.
• Provide support and backup to the team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure the integrity of the monthly system accounting data affecting financial reporting.
• Address all financial reporting systems issues as they relate to systems reconciliations, roll forwards, and other Ad Hoc analysis / reporting.
• Research issues and work with appropriate departments to resolve system issues as well as internal process issues impacting the system.
