A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic HR advisor to the CIO and global IT leadership team

Lead HR workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Drive change management strategies and champion continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required

Master's Degree preferred in Human Resources or related field

10+ years of experience in the Technology field

10+ years in a senior management role

Experience in the private equity industry is required
