As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the go-to connection for AT&T customers, helping them stay informed, supported, and satisfied with their wireless and internet services. Through hands-on training, Customer Service Associates gain deep product knowledge, sharpen their communication skills, and learn to resolve issues with clarity and care. It’s all about listening well, responding thoughtfully, and making every customer interaction a positive one.

Role Requirements for a Customer Service Associate :

• Participate in hands-on training to master direct customer engagement, AT&T product expertise, and essential customer service principles.
• Effectively communicate wireless and internet offerings to residential customers, tailoring value-based solutions to individual needs.
• Engage with customers through field outreach in designated areas, resolving basic service inquiries and promoting satisfaction.
• Build skills in expectation management, proactive issue resolution, and long-term relationship development.
• Shadow experienced managers to learn best practices in communication, feedback collection, and strategic account support.
• Analyze customer input to identify trends and contribute to solutions that enhance the overall service experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and engagement activities using CRM tools, under the mentor's supervision.
• Bring a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset; no prior telecom experience required
