Job Description :

We are currently seeking candidates for a PRN (as needed) Armed Rotating Shift position. The PRN Armed Rotating Shift position provides the flexibility of working on an as-needed basis.

This position requires individuals to be armed and has rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Provide armed security services on a PRN basis, covering shifts for regular security staff when needed
• Rotate through different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, following protocols and procedures
• Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential security breaches
• Conduct regular security checks to identify and address any safety hazards or violations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any security-related incidents or concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors when needed
• Complete thorough and accurate incident reports as required
• Stay updated on security procedures, protocols, and industry trends

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid armed security license or permit
• Availability to work on a PRN basis, including rotating shifts and variable schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established procedures
• Physically fit and capable of performing the duties required, including standing, walking, and potentially restraining individuals if necessary
• Familiarity with security systems and technology
• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for the role)
