Role Overview
We are looking for a Campus Director responsible for managing the educational environment and supporting both students and staff. This multifaceted role demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain a safe, moral, and wholesome environment.
- Develop and pursue annual goals aligned with mission, vision, values, and priorities.
- Foster a positive culture for students and staff, ensuring dignity and respect for all.
- Establish conditions for academic achievement and growth, including setting and meeting academic goals.
- Implement leadership education programs and development opportunities for staff and students.
- Maintain personal conduct that adheres to organizational values and policies.
- Develop and implement procedures for financial performance, daily operations, athletics, extracurricular activities, and discipline.
- Enforce policies and procedures, including dress code, employee conduct, and student behavior.
- Build relationships with communities, parents, and external organizations to promote a positive image and support enrollment growth.
- Establish and conduct professional development programs for staff.
- Safeguard confidential information for students, staff, and the organization.
- Drive enrollment and retention strategies to ensure financial viability.
- Promote and teach core values of respect, accountability, integrity, service, and excellence in all school activities.
- Design and implement leadership education programs in coordination with leadership teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degreeCompletion of a background check or Fingerprinting (depending on state)Significant experience in educational settings, often including roles such as teacher, assistant principle, or principalCompensation
$90,000-$98,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
