Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety programs.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Collaborate with PMs and superintendents on proactive measures.
• Support continuous improvement of safety culture.
