We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. This role is ideal for an experienced financial expert with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to ensuring accurate financial operations. You will play a pivotal role in managing the organization’s financial activities, reporting, and compliance while contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including account reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, deposits, and general ledger management.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to protect assets and uphold the accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to create budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances against forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to financial reporting requirements for private and public entities, maintaining compliance at all times.
• Provide valuable strategic insights and financial analysis to support organizational goals.
• Partner with the General Manager to identify and implement operational improvements and controls.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to support the company’s financial stability and growth.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000.
