The Marketing team at PlanSource develops compelling messaging and campaigns that fuel our Go-to-Market team with everything they need to inspire our customers and partners to choose PlanSource.

We work with many teams across the organization including sales, product, operations and more to increase demand of our technology through webinars, events, videos, campaigns, product launches and other self-service thought leadership tools and resources.

We are looking for a data driven Marketing Operations Analyst to be a key contributor to the marketing team. You’ll act as lead on our customer and prospect tracking and analysis, including ensuring we have the proper strategy, structure and systems in place to : 1) report on marketing performance across channels, campaigns and tactics effectively;

and 2) identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve performance.

You’ll also ensure that for each go-to-market (GTM) campaign, we have a well-founded and tightly coordinated success reporting strategy in place.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other teams to help us maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of all of our Marketing programs.

You’ll have a direct hand in driving company growth, helping our GTM teams launch campaigns and understand why and how they worked (or didn’t!).

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON :

  • Analyze marketing and sales funnel performance, across segments, channels, campaigns and more to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing programs
  • Report on marketing and sales KPIs, like leads, conversion rates, and social media engagement
  • Lead campaign creation and lead processing strategy
  • Track email campaign and engagement metrics, plus spearhead testing and optimization efforts
  • Recommend channel, campaign and tactic optimizations based on your analyses
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and BDR teams to continuously improve lead quality and conversion
  • Support data gathering and preparation of data for C-Suite and investor presentations
  • Dive into campaign data to understand customer journeys and uncover patterns around successful conversion paths
  • Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and reports
  • Develop and implement multi-touch attribution model
  • Own lead lifecycle (scoring, flow and measurement), working closely with Marketing, Sales and BDR teams to continuously optimize lead quality and conversions
  • Maintain audiences and segmentations, as well metrics around them
  • Help ensure Marketing database quality and health

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related program
  • Ability to interpret data, not just create and pull reports
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations,
  • Salesforce and Pardot Experience Required (6Sense, PowerBI and similar tools a plus)
  • Advanced Excel data modeling and analysis skills
  • Experience in Google Analytics & AdWords
  • Experience tracking Marketing ROI and generating reports for senior / C-Suite leadership
  • Experience in SaaS business data analytics in marketing or sales environment
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to business process improvement
  • Knowledge of lead management / lifecycle (MQL to Close / Won opportunities) and how to analyze and develop actionable recommendations for improving programs
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and measuring return on marketing investment (ROMI)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
