Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities
- Use our procured leads to produce and present deal information to our investors.
- Meet with investors at our properties, guide them through the sales process and ensure a seamless transaction.
- Develop and manage relationships that generate deal flow, new investors and capture market intelligence.
- Driven to advance within the company through training and mentorship.

- IN OFFICE POSITION
- Highly-motivated and hungry to grow professionally

- Positive attitude and team player.
- Excellent communication skills. Sales experience is preferred. Real estate experience is NOT necessary. Just like traditional real estate agents, our agents are independent contractors.
