Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Community Manager. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of community associations, including coordinating meetings, handling resident inquiries, maintaining records, and helping the Community Manager with projects as needed. The individual will also assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with community regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of community association management principles
• Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Holding a Community Manager License is preferred
