The Brand Strategy & Agency role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel client strategy that integrates fully with broader brand and business objectives through a unified Equitable "voice" that comes to life through content across client life-stages and in partnership with commercial business unit marketing teams. This role oversees marketing through content, digital, media, and strategic partnerships to ensure a client-first, needs-centered framework for messaging, prioritization, and personalization. This role will spearhead brand strategy, brand management, and brand compliance across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business goals. Further, this role will manage creative agency workflows across internal and external agencies, event planning, and tradeshow efforts while fostering innovation and maintaining compliance.
Key Job Responsibilities
The total targeted compensation range for this position is $307,000 - $430,000. Total compensation varies based on skills, experience, geographical location and other factors. For eligible employees, Equitable provides a full range of benefits. This includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
