Nature & Purpose of Position :

• Provide administrative and operational assistance to faculty and staff in the Department of Public Health within the College of Health Sciences
• Assist with daily office operations and collaborate with college faculty and staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing departmental and college events
• Provide front desk coverage, including greeting walk-ins, answering phones, and responding to inquiries
• Assist faculty with research activities
• Participate in recruiting events and outreach efforts
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications include the ability to work effectively in a team environment, outstanding technology skills, excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Professionalism and a willingness to learn are essential for this position.
