A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities
Directs staff to support quality improvement initiatives related to Quality Audit, HEDIS, Stars, and NQCA Accreditation
Develops policies and procedures to support quality improvement initiatives and processes
Oversees Quality Management compliance of HEDIS chart reviews and implements initiatives to improve HEDIS and Stars performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting, including quality management and management experience
Project management experience
Master's degree preferred
Active Unrestricted NJ RN License preferred for QM Clinical Operations
