Credit Analyst Opening :
The Credit Analyst will manage the internal new customer re quests and existing customer credit limit increases , be able to review credit reports, request credit references, determine credit limits based on Thermon Customer Credit Guidelines Policy, communicate effectively with order management and salesman about delinquency on accounts when credit limits need to be raised to accommodate orders and determine the best course of action to resolve issues.
The successful candidate must be positive, focused, a team player, and able to deliver qual ity work, even when distracted . The pr ofessional in this position must be self- motivated, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. Critical thinking and reasoning skil ls are an absolute necessity to be successful in this position.
