About the Role :
We are looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team and help coordinate and support our live brand events. You’ll work closely with our event and marketing teams to ensure each campaign runs smoothly and delivers an engaging experience for customers.
What You’ll Do :
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Help manage event logistics, including materials, displays, and schedules
Interact with customers and answer basic questions about client brands
Support team members with event organization and execution
Ensure event areas remain organized, professional, and on-brand
Learn how to plan, manage, and lead future event campaigns

Able to commute to event locations in the Los Angeles area
No previous experience required — training provided
