Overview
Senior Associate, Automation and AI Solutions to join the CFO / F&A Transformation, Data and Technology team in the CFO organization at KPMG US. Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in implementing Automation and AI solutions, focusing on AI / ML, Automation, and Agentic AI opportunities to enhance CFO processes and analytics.
- Analyze data patterns to identify AI opportunities; conduct hands-on experimentation with AI platforms and vendors, and document technical specifications.
- Collaborate with CFO teams and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet strategic business requirements; support the Manager in project planning and implementation.
- Contribute to change management initiatives by designing training sessions and office hours to increase employee proficiency in AI tools.
- Assist in establishing AI architecture aligned with market trends and organizational standards; regularly update components to reflect ecosystem changes.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in AI solutions development.Bachelors degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design systems that handle complex data sets; familiarity with developments in the AI marketplace and ability to adapt architecture accordingly.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and SQL; experience with machine learning model development; strong data architecture and solution-building skills; familiarity with AI frameworks and advanced financial systems.Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI / ML techniques, with experience leading Automation, Agentic AI, and Generative AI projects; ability to guide design, process decisions, and implementation strategies.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists; ability to foster continuous learning and skilling.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship for various visas listed).Additional Information
