About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP for Ops Risk and Regulatory Control with a focus on Swaps Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and regulatory risk associated with various North American regimes. This includes operating and maintaining controls within the global transaction reporting control framework, documenting and investigating exceptions, and implementing measures to mitigate these exceptions. The role also involves ensuring that complex activities are well-documented and executed, as well as building or modifying processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. As a Team Manager at the VP level, the individual will be expected to develop staff, lead key initiatives, and set the direction and expectations for the team.
