Opportunity
In support of our dynamic KBNA Sales Team, the Outside Sales Executive takes charge of planning, scheduling, conducting, and evaluating all field sales activities within their territory. They become the key player in building and nurturing relationships with Key Decision Makers, driving product, channel, and program sales initiatives at the field level.
Their mission is to champion and service Kohler Co. plumbing products through distributors to builders, plumbers, contractors, and other specifiers and users, all while aligning with the company's goals, policies, and procedures. They also prepare the annual sales forecast and tackle special assignments and projects distributed by Branch Managers. Their channel focus adapts based on strategic sales goals and market opportunities defined by the Branch and Business Development management teams.

The salary range for this position is $85,400 - $130,300 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location.
