Hybrid Work Schedule : One day per week in DC + one day per month in Arlington
Salary : 130 - 150K
Summary
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for architecting, developing, and refining advanced workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. This position involves delivering mission-critical solutions that ensure smooth configuration, robust functionality, and continuous improvement of the client’s ServiceNow environment.
You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a ServiceNow system that supports essential business processes efficiently. Success in this role requires deep technical proficiency in ServiceNow, hands-on experience across multiple modules, and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
- Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Enhance and optimize the ServiceNow instance to improve performance, usability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Apply expert-level knowledge across ServiceNow modules, including :
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Software / IT Asset Management (SAM / ITAM)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Implement best practices for configuration management, platform governance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring long-term maintainability.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and service delivery improvements.
