Daily transaction tracking, reconciliation, and reportingCoordination across multiple financial systemsSupport for pilot initiatives and documentation for audit readinessInput into KPIs and prototype performance metricsConduct payment analysis and reconciliations for various subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timelinessResolve complex issues related to cash flow and disbursement activities, ensuring all transactions are properly accountedInvestigate and resolve outstanding invoices on disbursement accounts, maintaining up-to-date recordsPrepare and post accurate journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standardsCollaborate effectively with internal teams, providing clear and proactive communication to address any concernsWork independently with minimal supervision, escalating unusual or complex matters to supervisors as needed
