Accounting Clerk LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Downtown Phoenix. This company is in search of an accounting clerk to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday, fully onsite.

This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prior experience in the construction industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies
• Assist with job costing and billing support
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end closing procedures
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues

Pay Details : $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
