Job description

Description\n\nCoordinates care for Pacific Medical Centers' Managed Care patient in order to assure cost effective, appropriate utilization of health care resource. Nurse Case Manager manages, directs, and coordinates the entire spectrum of care for patient throughout a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient. This position assists physicians (internal and external) with management and coordination of care.   • Upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License\n
  • Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association\n
  • 5 years clinical experience.\n
  • 2 years Behavioral Health setting experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing\n
