Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects utilizing a hybrid agile / waterfall methodology. The successful candidate will establish a governance framework and maintain a weekly work management cadence to ensure timely completion of deliverables and achievement of milestones.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Master Project Plan using a hybrid agile / waterfall methodology.
- Establish a governance framework and maintain a weekly work management cadence.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure high-quality, value-added communications, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Participate in the continuous development of industry-specific accelerators, such as templates, best practices, and automation tools.
- Identify and expand opportunities in Program Management, Lean Management, and Change Management.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular program reviews and monitor risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership.
- Maintain a repository of program documentation and lessons learned.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite, two mandatory days onsite (Tuesday and Wednesday), and one flexible day. The role follows a 9 / 80 schedule, providing a balanced work-life environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $84.00 / hr.
