Your Role at a Glance
- Partner with site and business leaders to understand operational goals and provide proactive HR solutions across locations.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and translate survey insights into actionable plans.
- Support organizational change management efforts during transitions and transformations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment across sites.
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and appraisals.
- Recommend competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Deliver data-driven insights on HR metrics to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Coordinate training and development programs focused on safety, leadership, and skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all assigned locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records including personnel files and disciplinary actions.
What Sets You Apart
We’re looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation :
5–7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting; steel or heavy industry preferred.Experience supporting HR functions across multiple sites or locations.Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and safety regulations.Proven success in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.Demonstrated ability to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset with a track record of aligning HR initiatives to business goals.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office; experience with UKG and SuccessFactors is a plus.Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and training programs.What Powers Your Performance
