A company is looking for a Director of Sales Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's call center and sales analytics strategy focused on lead funnel efficiency, conversion optimization, and agent performance
Build and maintain advanced SQL and Python models to measure various sales metrics and agent productivity
Design enterprise-level forecasting frameworks and collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize overall sales strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years in analytics, sales operations, or sales strategy, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role
Deep experience with call center analytics and agent performance modeling
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in building custom analytics workflows
Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
