Research and develop a strong sales pipeline by managing Hospice and PACE prospects within an assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with decision makers to close new business opportunities and negotiate contracts. Respond to hospice Requests for Proposals by preparing comprehensive submissions for leadership review. Attend conferences, meet clients, and generate leads while representing Dragonfly Health's services and solutions. Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Sales Associates to mentor and onboard new sales team members. Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, ensuring win-win agreements are in place.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Six plus years of direct sales experience with proven ability to close sales. Operational experience in hospice and / or PACE environment. Industry experience in hospice, PACE, DME, pharmacy, managed care, or healthcare services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with strong time management and decision-making skills.
