The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
Job Summary : Candidates should have a passion for technology in financial services, strong strategic command, an engaging executive presence, exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in relationship-building, and the ability to manage large complex projects with energy and excitement.
Major Responsibilities
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Finance or related. Master's Degree or MBA is a plus. 12+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs. 10+ years of experience working in the financial services industry. Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred. Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts. Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management in a highly regulated environment, with the ability to quickly establish structure and manage work in a dynamic, complex environment. Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration by supporting team development and knowledge sharing. Excellent communication and partnership skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the organization, as well as external partners, to manage, inform, and influence outcomes. Ability to understand, communicate, and manage technical details and dependencies of projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $123K - $157K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
