Summary
Responsible for working incoming mail daily and courier duties to and from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority
Your role in our mission
- Daily pick up mail from USPS Office & open on the OPEX machine at the Gainwell office
- Responsible for timely processing incoming mail and work the return to sender mail as needed
- Work Soonercare and TPL mail
- Delivery and pick up mail at OHCA, currently once a day
- Log certified mail
- Work returned (flag) mail
- Uploading videos to MAU folder
- Assist with scanning documents into COLD and assist with any other work in the mailroom that is needed from day to day
- Be a backup for working the inserter for outgoing mail
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General Knowledge of PC / Window Operating System
- Required Education
- High School Degree
- Required Experience
- Valid Oklahoma Drivers License
- Good Driving Record
- Ability to lift 50lbs

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
