Job Requirements

Education : Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Licensure : Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating).

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred).

Orthopedic experience required.

Open to LTACH, home health, or rehab RN backgrounds.

Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Must complete an onsite interview for offer consideration.

Benefits

Shift Options : Days or Nights; rotating weekends.

Patient Ratio : 6 : 1.

Differentials :

Nights : +$4.75 / hour

Weekends : +$3.00 / hour

National Certification : +$2.00 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : $10K (Days)

$15K (Nights)

Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000 (with HR approval).
