Training is carried out from home in an online virtualclassroom and must be attended 100%. Training time is paid infull.
Language Skills
Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
AND EITHER
Native German
OR Fluent French Russian Italian Spanish orPortuguese
Hours 6 hours per week tobegin with (This role will be PartTime)
The role will involve :
- Engagement Moderation craftingpersonal appropriate onbrand responses toplayers.
- Monitoring all assigned Communitychannels applying gaming companies moderation guidelines andactions asappropriate.
- Coordinating activities andactions with team members and companyrepresentatives.
- Depending on the assigned studiothere may be limited direct engagement with players and / ortemplated responsesprovided.
- Understanding of escalationpathways for sensitive or critical content in accordance with theclientsguidelines.
- Able to taskswitch with ease andevolve as the requirements of the role change overtime.
Please note : This role is on aselfemployed basis therefore you would need to arrange payment ofyour Tax and National Insurance to HMRC but we can help you withthis so please dont let this put you off.
Rest assured we will be here to help and support youalong the way during the admissions process through training andgoing forward once you have certified.

Wired connectionto broadband (Fibre broadband at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbpsupload) n.b Wireless is not permitted and will notwork
