About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our presence across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, performance marketing, and product optimization—and is obsessed with data, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

This is a key leadership role that will work cross-functionally with product development, customer service, logistics, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations and strategy across online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
• Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to drive traffic and conversion.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.
• Track marketplace performance metrics (Buy Box %, IPI score, etc.)
• Collaborate with advertising teams to manage PPC campaigns and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve any account or listing issues.
• Drive new product launches and support seasonal campaigns.
• Identify and implement tools or automation to streamline operations.
