The Director, HIV Account Effectiveness Strategy reports to the Senior Director, Portfolio and Pipeline Strategy. They will use their broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, leverage their deep experience, think creatively, and partner with home office personnel to develop comprehensive strategies designed to improve Biktarvy’s competitive position.
This position is located ONSITE in Foster City, CA (Tuesday - Thursday) and not eligible for relcoation, local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Specific job responsibilities :
Develop strategies that enable Field Sales, Community, and cross-functional personnel to more effectively engage customers to improve BVY’s competitive fitness in identified healthcare delivery organizations (e.g., clinic / group of clinics, not payers)
o BVY Market Share below national average or trending down
o Competitive Market Share above national average or trending up
o Field access is limited
o Account selection is not static, leverage existing analytical partners
o Partner with Account Effectiveness Execution lead to conduct situational assessment, develop plan of action, and design measurement framework
o Establish forum, articulate objectives, and develop standardized template for identified accounts
o Empower Account Effectiveness Execution Lead and relevant team members to develop and deliver individual business reviews and performance results
o Synthesize story and review program performance overall
Knowledge and Skills :
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Ten Years’ Experience
OR
PhD and Eight Years’ Experience
